In 2001 he holds the post of Assistant Lecturer at Kigali
Institute of Sciences and Technology(KIST).
In 2002 he was appointed Head of Department of Electronics
and Telecommunication and Vice-Dean part-times Studies in Faculty
of Engineering in the same institute.
In 2003 he joined the institute of electronics, Microelectronics
and Nanotechnology (IEMN) at the Technical University of Lille,
France, in collaboration with Scientific National Centre of
Research (CNRS), France.
He has attended major trainings in high learning institutions
like: management training courses in Coventry University, UK
in 2005, and Germany research centers (Vismar University) in
2005 and Fiber Optic Splicing Cable in South Korea (2009) in
Korea Telecom.
In 2005 he was appointed by the Government of Rwanda Director
General of Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Agency (RURA). He attended
many conferences in ICT and Energy Sector and gained experience
from different country like Kenya, Namibia, Zambia, Egypt, Germany
and France. |
