| From May 1999 to January 2005, Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal
was the Head of Department, Entrepreneurship Development and
started Department of Cottage Industry Technology to assist
young graduates to acquire life skills and in January 2005
to 12th April’2009 he has worked as Manager of Technology
and Business Incubation Facility (TBIF) at KIST. Mr. Rajeev
Aggarwal also started KIST Enterprise Development Facility
at KIST for assisting young graduates to start their own small
business. Presently Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal is working as Ag.
Director of Centre of Innovations and Technology Transfer
(CITT) at KIST.
Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal almost completed Doctorate in Business
Administration from AIMA-CME, India in May 1999 specializing
in Entrepreneurship Development. But could not finish his
doctorate because of his transfer to Rwanda by Govt. of India
in May 1999. Prior to the Ph.D programme, Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal
obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University
of Bihar in June 1994, specializing in Entrepreneurship Development.
On research, Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal has managed to publish more
than 10 articles in reputable regional and international journals.
While the bulk of the research papers are in Entrepreneurship
Development , Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal has also done research in
other areas such as Business Incubation
Professionally, Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal has been engaged in consultancy
assignments relating to Entrepreneurship Development in general,
training and specialized studies. He is a registered and a
member of the All India Management Association in India.
