Mr Alphonse NGABONZIMA received his Bachelor degree in 1988. Further, in 1996, he obtained a professional post graduate degree in Librarianship (DPSSIB) from ENSSIB, Lyon.

Before he joined KIST in 1998, he worked as a Librarian in the Rwanda National Library.
