A STATUTE GOVERNING THE STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION OF KIST – (KISTAS)

PREAMBLE
Considering that:
Kist students need an association to protect and promote their interests;
Any genuine association must have by-laws governing it as well as necessary structures helping it to attain its goals;
The association has the mission of promoting the students welfare, and that; consequently, it must have a set of clear principles to be followed and to be characterized by perfection in its modus operandi.
We have decided what follows:
