The Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), wishes to recruit suitably qualified persons for full-time Lecturers or Senior Lecturers in the Faculty of Science. The following are the minimum requirements for the positions listed in the table below:

Professor: PhD in relevant area of research, with ten years teaching experience in a recognized University or higher Institution at senior rank, and satisfactory records of teaching, research, academic publication s and service to the academic and wider community.

Associate Professor: PhD in relevant area, excellent research and publication records. Experience in supervision of postgraduate students, plus at least six years of teaching in a recognized University at the senior rank.

Senior Lecturer: PhD in relevant area, excellent research and publication record, with at least three years of teaching in a recognized University at the rank of Lecturer or above.

Lecturers: PhD in relevant area research with teaching experience in a recognized University or higher Institution.
