The Rector thanked the Vice-Rector (Administration
and Finances) for having arranged for the workshop to
take place and the Vice-Rector (Academic) for having represented
the Rector throughout the workshop. He also thanked participants
for their contribution to the smooth running of the workshop.
Finally, the Rector tendered his thanks
to the Workshop facilitator Prof. Dr THAKHATHI from the
University of Fort Hare, South Africa for his management
illumination, which has switched on the light for KIST’s
leaders/managers who, having embraced the concepts, will,
from now on, be a shining example to their respective
staffs in terms of effective and efficient leadership
and management.
The awarding of certificates of completion to participants
concluded the workshop.
